Phone or video call. You tell us your problem, we listen. We assess mutual fit together. We're not selling on this call — if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you honestly.

If we see a good mutual match, we assess your current state in detail. 2-3 conversations with your team, review of existing documents. We prepare a written assessment report — a clear picture of your situation, useful as a reference for the next step.

Clear scope, clear duration, clear price. Fixed fee for training, monthly package for consulting, fixed project price for pilots. No surprises. Everything is on the table before any signature.

Together · Transparent progress

We do the work together. Regular check-ins (weekly or biweekly), progress reports, open discussion if scope or direction needs to change. The goal: when the engagement ends, your team can work independently.

How long does it take overall?

Training is 2-5 day modules. Consulting programs run 3 months (quick start) to 12 months (comprehensive transformation). Pilot projects are 6-12 weeks. We'll discuss shorter or longer options for your specific situation in the intro call.

What's the price range?

Training is priced in daily modules, consulting in monthly packages, pilots at fixed price. We structure for SME scale — we're not tied to the standard rates of large consulting firms. The exact number is given after the intro, based on your needs. We can also discuss the general range in the first call.

Online or on-site?

Both work. Training is more effective on-site — interaction and practice are intensive. For consulting and integration, we work hybrid: critical workshops on-site, follow-ups online. We’re ready to travel anywhere in Türkiye, and remote work is fine for international engagements.

Which sectors do you have experience in?

Aerospace, defense, automotive, medical devices, IoT — any sector that requires systems engineering. Our own background is aerospace and defense-heavy. Knowing your sector matters, but the methodology works similarly across all sectors. In the intro we'll be honest about how well we know yours.

Are you a single person or a team?

Training and consulting are primarily led by Muhlis Çevik (founder, 10+ years of aerospace and systems engineering experience, METU Aerospace Engineering). For pilot projects, we work with our multi-discipline team (mechanical + software + hardware). We bring in external experts when the project needs it.

Do you interfere with our existing tools?

No. We don’t try to change your existing tool investments (CAD, IDE, PLM, EDA). We add the MBSE layer on top. The value you’ve built up over years is preserved. We’re against consultants who say “first change everything.”

Which tools do you work with?

For SysML v2: Systemodel (our own open platform) or Cameo (for enterprise users). Methodology: MagicGrid, Agile, Lean Systems Engineering. AI side: Claude + MCP integrations. We work with your preference or align with your existing investment.

How do you measure results?

At the start of every engagement we define success criteria together — reduction in rework, model-product consistency, your team’s level of independent operation, etc. We measure regularly, and you receive a clear evaluation report at the end.

What's the minimum requirement to work with you?

Two things: (1) at least 1-2 engineers in your team willing to do systems engineering. (2) Leadership support — because process change doesn’t work without top-down backing. If you have these two, we build the rest together.

When can we start?

Reach out when you're ready and we'll schedule the intro call for a near date. If we agree to proceed, training starts in roughly 2-4 weeks, consulting and pilot projects in 4-6 weeks. We can discuss urgent needs.
